From now until the general election I will be out at the doors in Dun Laoghaire asking people what their main concerns are and what issues trouble them.
These are areas I feel need to be urgently prioritised if we are to aim for a fairer and more equal society:
- Ensuring fairness and quality of life in our community: the provision of adequate childcare, healthcare, housing and education.
- Protecting our most vulnerable: fighting for rights of lone parents, carers, the elderly and disabled.
- Fighting on behalf of small and medium sized enterprises: local businesses and the self-employed.
- Supporting a referendum on the repeal of the 8th amendment
All comments welcome – let me know what issues concern you.
